Tarot can be a powerful tool, a fun way to pass the time, or a part of someone's spiritual practice, but no matter how you use tarot it's always a work of art. Fat Folks Tarot brought together a group of diverse artists to create a unique deck for and by fat people. Following the Rider-Waite-Smith tradition, it includes all 78 of the Major and Minor Arcana with each card featuring gorgeous art of fat folks. 

The deck has been through two editions: our first edition in 2021, which was entirely not-for-profit, and our second edition launched via our Kickstarter in 2023, printed in 2024. The Fat Folks Tarot Deck is now out of print and will not be printed again. 

The Fat Folks Tarot second edition includes an official guidebook with notes from the artists and writing from acclaimed author and tarotist Cassandra Snow, with editing by Samantha Puc.

Fat Folks Tarot began as a non-profit project. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Trans Lifeline.
